We're excited to report that our lovely neighborhood of Marceline is more abuzz than ever with activity. And until you can come see for yourself, take a look at these highlights:

The release of our remaining Marceline homesites is now underway! Following a successful initial offering of 19 homesites last year, the remainder are now available.

Featuring pleasing views of water or natural preserves along with sculpted landscapes, Marceline homesites are sized at approximately one-quarter acre. The finished custom homes range from 3,800 to over 6,000 square feet of living space, and are priced from $1.8 million. Three showcase homes -- currently under construction in the neighborhood -- are scheduled for completion later this year.

Charming Park, one of two neighborhood greenspaces in Marceline, opened earlier this year near the southern end. This perfectly named park is sure to be a popular spot to gather, play and enjoy the seasons.

Charming Park is also now home to enchanting bronze sculptures of classic Disney characters from Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs (1937), Walt Disney's first full-length, animated feature. Magic is definitely in the air, as will soon be the oohs, ahhs, and sounds of laughter from kids of all ages as they mingle with these beloved Disney friends.

In a manicured setting to the north is Marceline's Adriana Park. Named for Adriana Caselotti, who provided the voice for Snow White in the film, the park is envisioned to be an inviting place to stroll, relax and meet friends.
