A beautiful variety.
Finely crafted in traditional styles (including English Cottage, French Country, Rustic Tuscan, American Farmhouse, Seaside and Arts & Crafts), each cozy cottage is being carefully planned so that each is remarkably unique. All of the cottages will be arranged to harmoniously complement one another, while offering a unique experience upon approach. Whimsical landscaping along with quaint elements such as curved roofs, detached garages and separate guest suites will add interest throughout the neighborhood.

Charm is in the details.
Classic features—from carved stone entrances to covered terraces to rich, mahogany beams—will create a sense of nostalgia, while open floorplans, cozy nooks and third-floor bunk rooms will enhance livability. “Inspired by the places you love and the areas you once only dreamed you’d call home, our goal is to create comfortable cottages that stir the spirit from the moment you arrive,” Pierce added.

Planned for the heart of the enclave—and just a short stroll from each cottage—will be Lullaby Park. This intimate and thoughtfully planned green space will offer a relaxing place to connect with neighbors and picnic in the shade while the kids get their giggles out in the open play spaces. Framed by a native border hedge, custom benches, and surrounded by an array of charming homes, Lullaby Park will be a contemplative outdoor space for all ages to enjoy.
