Program Guidelines

1. The Golden Oak VIP Pass program provides admission to the Walt Disney World® Parks. Primary Residents will be issued up to five (5) total passes – one (1) for the primary resident, known as the Primary Pass, and up to four (4) for guests or family members living in the same household, known as the related Guest Passes. Pass may not be used after the last validity date specified on the Pass.
2. Each Primary Pass or related Guest Pass entitles the Passholder named on the pass to theme park parking for one (1) car and admission for the Passholder and up to four (4) guests into the following parks:
   a. Magic Kingdom® Park
   b. Epcot®
   c. Disney's Hollywood Studios®
   d. Disney's Animal Kingdom® Theme Park
   e. Disney's Blizzard Beach Water Park
   f. Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park
   g. DisneyQuest® Indoor Interactive Theme Park
   h. ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex (valid only on event days; some events require a separate admission charge)
3. Only one (1) pass—either Primary Pass or related Guest Pass—may be used per calendar day. Passes may only be used once per day for initial entry into a Park. However, all guests will be issued re-admission tickets valid for same-day re-entry and Park Hopper® Option.
4. Passholders MUST accompany their admitted guests throughout their ENTIRE visit to the Parks.
5. Passholders must be present with their entire party at the Cast Member/Theme Park or Walt Disney World® eTicket Entrance turnstiles. Passholders and their guests MUST be together for first time entry.
6. Passholders may admit themselves and up to four (4) guests on any given visit. Additional ticket media may be purchased to supplement the number of admissions, if needed.
7. Passholders must show a valid Photo ID that matches the name printed on the back of the Pass to gain admission for themselves and their guests.
8. Pass privileges cannot be purchased, sold, bartered or exchanged for any goods, services or benefits. Solicitation to engage in any of the above activities is also prohibited.
9. Passes are NONTRANSFERABLE and may only be used by person whose name appears on the Pass.
10. The Pass is NOT subject to block-out dates.
11. The name of the Passholder cannot be modified throughout the year, only during the annual renewal process.
12. Parks, attractions or entertainment may change operating hours; close due to refurbishing, capacity, weather or special events; and may otherwise change or be discontinued without notice and without liability to the owners of the Walt Disney World® Resort.
13. Some activities/events, including events at ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex, may be separately priced.
14. Passes are not valid for special or premium events or other activities which are separately priced or for any park commencing operations after May 1, 1998.
15. Disney is not responsible for lost or stolen Passes.
16. It is agreed between owners of the Walt Disney World® Resort and Pass users that all claims for injury or loss arising incident to presence on owners' property shall be litigated in Florida.
17. The owners of the Walt Disney World® Resort shall not be liable for non-utilization of Pass components or loss of recreational opportunities due to refurbishing, capacity, weather, special or premium events or any circumstances beyond their control.
18. The owners of the Walt Disney World® Resort reserve the right to refuse admittance to any person or persons.

Merchandise Discounts

Merchandise discounts are valid for purchases made by Golden Oak VIP Pass Passholders and a valid Pass ID is required for redemption.**

Walt Disney World® Resort owned and operated Merchandise Locations
Golden Oak VIP Pass Passholders are eligible to receive a 20% discount on select merchandise purchases at Walt Disney World® Resort owned and operated Merchandise Locations. Discount is not accepted at Walt Disney World® Resort Operating Participant locations, including but not limited to, China, Japan, and Morocco Pavilions at World Showcase in Epcot®, Arribas Brothers, Basin®, Basin White, Cirque du Soleil®, Curl by Sammy Duvall, Ghirardelli® Ice Cream & Chocolate Shop, House of Blues®, Hoypoloi, LEGO Imagination Center®, Magic Masters®, Magnetron, Niki Bryan Spas, ORLANDO HARLEY-DAVIDSON®, Planet Hollywood®, Rainforest Café®, Richard Petty Driving Experience, Rubio Balloon Arts, SD Watersports, Sosa Family Cigars, LittleMissMatched®, Sunglass Icon®, Surrey Bike Rentals, T-Rex® Café, Wyland Galleries, The Disney Store, Disney's Character Premiere, Disney's Character Warehouse, and any other locations or kiosks that are not owned and operated by the owners of Walt Disney World® Resort. Discount is not valid at the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique or The Pirates League and is not valid on purchases of ticket media, gift certificates, Disney Gift Cards, videos, DVD's and CD's, Disney Dollars, sundries, periodicals, digital ad video cameras, disposable cameras, film, consumer electronics (e.g., CD players, TV's, DVD players), tobacco, alcohol, in-Park balloon vendors, Add-a-Dollar (Wildlife Conservation Fund), postage stamps, rentals (e.g., strollers, ECV), all Titleist® and Cobra® golf equipment, National branded fragrances, treatments and cosmetics, personalization, imaging and Disney's PhotoPass® products, Lladro, Armani, Hummel, Swarovski® Crystal, Walt Disney Classics Collection, other collectibles and select merchandise. May not be combined with any other discount, offer, or promotion. Discount is for personal use only and may not be used to purchase merchandise with the intent to resell the merchandise. Downtown Disney® Merchandise Discounts

• House of Blues® – 10% off regularly priced merchandise purchased in the House of Blues® Retail Store (excludes sale, CD's, DVD's, artwork and sundries).
• Basin® – 10% discount off select regularly priced merchandise.
• Curl by Sammy Duvall – Enjoy a 10% off all non-sale merchandise. Excludes eyewear, watches, and electronics.
• LEGO Imagination Center® – Receive 10% discount off of all items, excluding video games, gift cards and subscriptions. This offer cannot be combined with any other coupon or discount offer. The discount is available at the LEGO Imagination Center® Lake Buena Vista, only.
• Rainforest Café® – Receive a 15% discount off select regularly priced merchandise purchased in the Rainforest Cafe® retail store.
• T-Rex® Cafe – 15% discount on non-sale merchandise in the Dino Store. Discount not valid at Build-A-Dino® by Build-A-Bear Workshop.

Disney's Animal Kingdom® Theme Park Merchandise Discounts

• Rainforest Café® store: 15% discount off on non-sale priced merchandise purchased in the Rainforest Café® retail village.
• Yak & Yeti® Retail Village: Receive a 15% discount on non-sale priced merchandise purchased in the Bhaktapur Market.

* The Golden Oak Club is a private social and recreational club for the enjoyment of its members and their guests. Each homeowner of Golden Oak is a member of the Club.
