Village Homes
Capturing the romantic look of a Mediterranean village, these stylish Tuscan inspired homes are located adjacent to the private clubhouse (scheduled to open in Summer 2012) on approximate .25-acre homesites.
Estate Homes
Located on approximate .5-acre homesites, Estate Homes offer a variety of architectural styles including Tuscan, Southern Classical, French Country, Spanish Revival, Venetian, Italianate, Dutch Colonial and Island Colonial.
Grand Estate Homes
A limited number of Grand Estate Homes are offered on approximately .75-acre homesites. Designs are consistent with Estate Home architectural styles. Grand Estate homes are designed to accommodate the needs of large and extended families as well as corporate use.

A5. Yes, the homes at Golden Oak follow strict architectural guidelines. All plan designs are required to undergo an architectural review to provide flexibility and creativity in the design of each residence, while also complementing the natural environment and protecting every property owner's investment. The architectural review process is intended to protect the long term integrity and vision for all those who have chosen to purchase a home in Golden Oak.

Q6. Do I receive any Disney benefits or privileges as a homeowner?
A6. The Golden Oak Experience includes family resort-living amenities such as the custom designed Summerhouse facility (including private dining, demonstration kitchen, and complete fitness center), community events, proximity to Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World® Resort, and parks, gardens and recreation areas; concierge-style resident services (transportation, pre-arrival/post-departure services); and Disney Connection (allows families a way to experience a special kind of Disney through Extra Magic Hours Benefit, merchandise delivery, golf package and door-to-park transportation).
Families who close on the purchase of a homesite or completed home in the exceptional luxury community before December 31, 2012, will receive one complimentary 3-year VIP Pass for the homebuyer, providing admission for the Passholder and up to 4 guests. The special Golden Oak VIP Pass will allow admission to all Walt Disney World® Theme Parks, both Water Parks, DisneyQuest® Indoor Interactive Theme Park and ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex every day of the year with no block-out dates. Also included are complimentary parking for one car and discounts up to 20% on select merchandise purchased at select Walt Disney World® Resort Theme Park or Downtown Disney® area locations.

Q7. What role does Disney have in building the homes and the community?
A7. Walt Disney Imagineering created the master plan for the community. Golden Oak Development is the master developer, and Golden Oak Realty manages the sale of the homes and homesites—both of which are Disney companies. The homes are built by unaffiliated custom homebuilders who contract directly with homebuyers.

Q8. What is Four Seasons involvement in the community?
A8. Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World® Resort will be located within the Golden Oak community, and will feature a 444-room hotel. The hotel is currently under construction and is planned to open in 2014. Residents will have access to select amenities at Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World® Resort including a Tom Fazio-designed golf course, superlative restaurants, facilities for private events, and a full-service spa.
